Jakarta, Kabartujuhsatu.news, -In achieving Indonesia's Vision 2045, Indonesia's biggest challenge is avoid being trapped as a middle-income country. Thus, Indonesia must carry out an economic transformation in the 2020-2024 period to provide a solid foundation towards advanced Indonesia in realizing Indonesia's Vision 2045. This is also the mandate of the President during the Presidential Inauguration speech, on 20 October 2019.

The Covid-19 pandemic is not only experienced by Indonesia, but also by many other countries. This is an important momentum to evaluate the performance of the National Health System which still shows vulnerabilities, including: prevention is still not optimal; health facilities, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment are not ready; the capacity of health workers is still limited; and the utilization of health financing has not been efficient.
“Therefore, in 2022 Indonesia needs to continue and strengthen the implementation of Health System Reform, which includes: Increasing health security and resilience; Ensure access to the supply side of quality health services throughout Indonesia; Increase community participation and strengthen promotive and preventive efforts, "continued the Minister.
Through the Health System Reform above, it is hoped that: (1) Reducing new TB cases to 231 per 100,000 population; (2) the elimination of malaria to be in 365 districts / cities; (3) Increase Basic Complete Immunization to 71 percent; (4) Increase National Referral Hospitals to 30 Hospitals; (5) Realizing a Surveillance System: integrated, real-time, lab-based; (6) Increase Puskesmas to have 9 types of health workers to 59 percent; (7) Realizing Puskesmas without doctors to 0 percent; (8) Increase district / municipal RSUD which has 4 basic specialist doctors & 3 other specialist doctors to 80 percent; (9) Increase the accredited First Level Health Facility (FKTP) to 80 percent; (10) Increase Accredited Hospitals to 90 percent; (11) Increase education assistance for specialist doctors to 3500 people.
"By paying attention to the conditions above, related to the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the 2020 RKP, the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, the strategy to get out of the middle-income country trap, and consistency with the direction of the 2020-2024 RPJMN, the 2022 RKP carries the theme Economic Recovery and Reform Structural, "said the Minister.
Structural reform is a support for the creation of economic recovery. Structural reforms include: reform of the national health system, reform of the social protection system, and reform of education and skills. Apart from support for structural reforms, economic recovery was also carried out through increased purchasing power and increased productivity.
"Increasing purchasing power is carried out through efforts to resolve the health crisis (continuing the handling of Covid-19 cases and handling TB cases); providing assistance for the recovery of the business world; maintaining household purchasing power; as well as labor-intensive investment. Meanwhile, increasing productivity can be done through increasing added value; strengthening food security; low carbon development; and increasing equity in infrastructure and quality of digital services. These various efforts are carried out in an integrated manner to create an inclusive economic transformation, "the Minister concluded. (Red).
